Our christening bottles and ceremony kits are designed for a single-use ceremonial moment.

For this reason, used or opened items are not eligible for return.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We will replace or refund damaged items as appropriate.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened christening bottles

• Personalized or custom items

• Items not in original condition

• Orders returned without prior contact

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, especially for any personalized details.

We are not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
